    Richard J. - Mr. J.' Janci, 81

    Richard J. Janci, 81, of Columbiana, passed away Thursday morning, June 28, 2018, at Cleveland Clinic, surrounded by his family. A 1954 Woodrow Wilson High School graduate, Richard worked for many years as a grocery store manager at many local grocery stores, including Penn's Sparkle Market and Cable Valu King, both in East Liverpool.

    John M. Dailey, 58, of East Liverpool died Saturday morning at the Calcutta Health Care Center after a brief battle with cancer. In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Mary E. Crow Dailey; two daughters, Ashley B. McMains of East Liverpool and Courtney D. Board of Leetonia; a brother, Jim Dailey of East Liverpool; two sisters, Pam Williams of East Liverpool and Lisa Arcure of Fairmont, W.Va.; and five grandchildren.
