Ludwig, 25, died June 25 while traveling on a work assignment, according to an obituary published by the Knoxville News-Sentinel .

    Newly released investigative documents and interviews released Tuesday details the events leading up to a fatal Dec. 2 crash involving two school buses on Asheville Highway. Police said officials pronounced 6-year-old Zykia Burns, 7-year-old Seraya Glasper, and 46-year-old Kimberly Riddle dead at the crash scene on Asheville Highway near Gov. John Sevier Highway.
