    Sullivan County commissioner dies at 83

    A well-known and respected Sullivan County commissioner is being remembered. O.W. Ferguson died on Tuesday at the age of 83. He was a Sullivan County native, an Air Force veteran who served during in the Korean War, and an accountant for Eastman.

    Robin Lacy Book, 52, passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2015. Mrs. Book was born in Kingsport, Tenn., the daughter of Charlene Johnson Lacy of Tucker and Richard R. Lacy of Wilmington, N.C. Mrs. Book was a facilitator for Cry For Me...No More, an organization that help families through the loss of a child or sibling.
