    Nicholas Scott Decker, 19, of Spring Valley, formerly of Sheffield, died at 1:05 p.m. Sunday, July 19, 2015, at home in Spring Valley. Surviving are his father, Michael Decker of Marysville, Ohio; his mother, Julie Platz of New Bedford; one brother, Kyle Decker of New Bedford; two stepbrothers, Andrew Platz of Geneseo and Alex Platz of New Bedford; one stepsister, Tiffany Platz of Kewanee; and his grandparents, Roger Post of Princeton and Betty Ann Black of Marysville, Ohio.

    Tammy L. Hartman, 51, of Neponset passed away at 4:05 a.m. Friday, July 17, 2015, in the emergency room at OSF Saint Luke Medical Center in Kewanee. Tammy graduated from Neponset High School in 1982 and from Moline Public School of Nursing in 1985.
