    Willie Winfred 'Wimpy' Baldwin

    He is survived by his wife of 66 years: Maxine Tilson Baldwin; daughters: Sharon Edwards, of Jonesborough, and Shelby Carter and Sandy Hollenbeck, both of Limestone; a son: Vaughn Baldwin, of Jonesborough; grandchildren: Jason Baldwin, Amy Edwards, Victoria Baldwin-King, Madison Baldwin, Damon Brown and Darcy Hollenbeck; great-grandchildren: Austin Baldwin, Mackenzie Baldwin, Ken King and Zaila King; a brother-in-law: Jim McCurry, of Johnson City; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend: David Stanton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son: Larry Baldwin; brother and sister-in-law: Ralph "Bozo" and Evelyn Baldwin; and two sisters and one brother-in-law: Bonnie McCurry, and Dorothy and Ordary Lewis.

    She graduated from Greeneville High School where she fulfilled one of her goals of becoming a cheerleader. She attended Knoxville College and was a captain on the cheerleading squad there.

    Paul J. Franklin

    Paul J. Franklin, 82, born May 26, 1936, of Johnson City, went home to be with Jesus Tuesday while at Johnson City Medical Center. He has no more pain and sorrow in this earth down here.

    He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and worked for Huyck Formex/Weavexx, retiring after 45 years of service. Joe was preceded in death by his wife: Joanne Hope Deyton; his parents: Laura and Louis; and his brothers: J.C. and Jake.
