    "Our sweet Scarlett's battle for life here on earth is over, and although it was hard to say goodbye, we know that God is good and His name will be glorified." Scarlett Nicole Haynes, 2-year-old baby daughter of Michael and Rebekah Beasley Haynes, was embraced in the arms of Jesus on Monday, July 16, 2018 at Niswonger Children's Hospital.

    Betty Ann Bowman Belcher

    Betty Ann Bowman Belcher, 86, of Greeneville, went home to be with her Lord and savior Wednesday while at John M. Reed Center in Limestone. Her career was mostly in finance, serving as branch manager for Home Federal Savings & Loan and retiring from First Tennessee Bank in 1984 to strike out on a travel adventure with her husband, Clarence Belcher, as owner-operators of a tractor-trailer.

    It is with a broken heart that I announce the passing of Jeffery Todd Arnold, age 53, born Nov. 25, 1964, in Erwin, Tenn. The youngest of five brothers, he was proceeded in death by his father, Andrew Jackson Arnold; mother, Velma Lorain Arnold Wright, and brothers, Leonard Lee Arnold, Gregory Duwayne Arnold and Timothy Mark Tim Arnold.
