    Budd C. Brown, 69, of Fuller Street in Lee died Friday, December 23, 2016, at the Berkshire Medical Center with his family by his side. He was born in Ithaca, N.Y., on April 4, 1947, the son of Robert and Bess Honness Brown, and was educated in the Ithaca Schools graduating from Ithaca High School in 1965.
