    Russell N. Glascock, 85, of Charles Town, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2018, at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility, Kearneysville. Mr. Glascock retired as a heavy equipment operator with Raymond R. Riley Company.

    Born Nov. 20, 1941, in Winchester, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Howard Kemper Moulden and Mary Elethia Jones Moulden. She is survived by her husband, Staymon Eli Palmer; one son, Mark Eli Palmer; one daughter, Nancy Louise Hamilton; two grandsons, Zachary Eli Palmer and Jason Curtis Hamilton; two granddaughters, Grace Dawn Palmer and Amber Louise Hamilton; and three brothers, Donald Moulden, Robert Moulden, and Kenneth Moulden.
