    Willard E. Kerns Sr.

    Born Aug. 9, 1976, in Winchester, Virginia, he was the son of Annie Dillow and the late Robert Kerns Sr. In addition to his mother, Annie, he is survived by his wife of 25 years, Stacy Kerns, at home; two daughters, Victoria Beegle and husband, Evan and Lillian Kerns; one son, Willard E. Kerns Jr.; grandchildren, Mason Beegle, Madison Beegle, Meadow Beegle and Waelin Kerns; sisters, Lisa Kerns and Barbara Shade; and brothers, Edward Kerns, Sr. and Robert Kerns Jr. The family will receive friends at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening, Nov. 16, 2018.

    Born November 5, 1968 in Ranson he was the son of Irene Lou Ellen Black Stickel of Charles Town and the late Francis Eldridge Stickel, Sr. He is survived by his wife of fifteen years, Kimberley Ann Webber Stickel, son, Morgan Miller and wife Pamela , daughter, Danielle Stickel and companion Michael Adams, Jr. all of Charles Town, grandchildren Audrey, Makayla and Michael, III. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by brother, Francis Stickel, Jr. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Friday, September 21, 2018 at the Brown Funeral Home with the Pastor Ed Hall officiating.
