    Charles E. Snyder, 77, of Big Pool Maryland, went to meet the Lord on Saturday, Sep. 14, 2018, at Doey's House in Hagerstown, surrounded by his family. He retired from Bethlehem Steel, and served his country in the Navy.

    Nicole was born on Oct. 26, 1986 in Baltimore, Maryland and was the daughter of William Gene Bunch of Hagerstown, Maryland and Carla Christine Harrison Bowling and husband Michael Bowling of Hedgesville. In addition to her parents, she is survived by one son, Carter Allen Mattocks of Martinsburg; one daughter, Alexis Renee Bunch-Bowling of Hedgesville; one sister, Kaitlin Bowling of Hedgesville; and two half-sisters, Mary Kay Bunch of Hagerstown, Maryland and Amber Nicole Bunch.

    Melvin Benjamin Snyder Jr., 70, of Port Republic, formerly of Hancock, Md., died unexpectedly due to injuries from an auto accident on Aug. 29, 2018, at Sentara RMH Medical Center. Melvin was born in Washington County Hospital in Hagerstown, Md., on May 30, 1948.
