    Helen L. Tubbs

    Helen L. Tubbs, 90 of Curwensville, passed away at her home Saturday, June 17, 2017 with her family by her side.Helen was born Jan. 9, 1927 in Curwensville, a daughter of the late Clair S. and Eva Thompson.She was a Protestant by faith. She is survived by her husband, Tom; two sons, Larry Killion of Jersey Shore, Tom Tubbs of Clearfield; one daughter, Tammy Johnson of Grampian; one brother, Richard Thompson of Renovo; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

    Obituary Notice: Betty J. Guiher

    Betty Jane Guiher, 79, of Grampian died Thursday, June 1, 2017, at the home of her sister, Mildred Frantz in Sykesville after a lengthy illness. She was a member of the Faith Bible Church in Lumber City.

    Jay Warren Buhler, 71, of Grampian peacefully went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at his residence. On April 13, 1968 in Erie, he wed the former Sandra L. Goll, who survives along with three children, Lisa Gedris and her husband, David of Pittsburgh, Matt Buhler and his wife, Jessica of DuBois and Ben Buhler and his partner, Danielle Dimichelo of Raleigh, NC.
