    Robert Champ Williams, a 32-year-old videographer known for his award-winning work capturing images of underwater wildlife, was found dead Saturday at his studio near Fort Smith. Williams' studio in Pocola, Okla., housed creatures in large aquatic tanks.

Sicard, president and CEO of First Bank Corp. and First National Bank in Fort Smith, today joined the U.S. Marshals Museum in announcing the completion of the $2 million gift for the Samuel M. Sicard Hall of Honor. In March, First Bank Corp. pledged $1,000,000 to match contributions made by the late Sicard's family and friends for the Hall of Honor.
