    A good man, David William Wallace, 88, of Fort Atkinson, passed quietly in his sleep on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017, after a long battle with cancer, surrounded by loving family and caregivers. Throughout his battle with cancer he was given the greatest care by his wife, Marlene; son, Robert; and home nurses, Anna and Bridget.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 15, at the Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson.
