    Members of the school district, as well as former students and parents, are remembering Cassandra Cline, who died after being attacked by an alligator in South Carolina on Monday. "She was amazing in terms of getting the children in and acclimated to school, and reading and writing and doing mathematics and science projects and things, so when they hit first grade, they hit the ground running," said the Union-Endicott Central School District Superintendent Suzanne McLeod.
