    He was a retiree of 26 years from PP&L as a material and supply foreman and lineman; a graduate of Lower Paxton High School and attended Lebanon Valley College; formerly coached Landisburg Midget Baseball for seven years, West Perry Midget Football for four years, West Perry Legion Baseball for 13 years and was the West Perry High School football cameraman for 15 years; his recent club memberships included Mechanicsburg Sportsmen's Association, Duncannon Sportsmen's Association, Carlisle Fish and Game Association, Central Pennsylvania Triumph Club and lifetime member of the NRA; and enjoyed coaching, hunting, fishing, golf, wrenching on his Triumphs, filming his children's sporting events, and watching the Dodgers and Flyers.

    He was retired from UPS after almost 41 years of service, mostly as a truck driver, and a member of Teamsters Local 776; a 1968 graduate of Greenwood High School and a graduate of Thaddeus Stevens Trade School, Lancaster, where he studied electronics; a member of Highland Presbyterian Church, Newport; and had a love for animals, working outside, and reading, especially local history, loved covered bridges, traveling the roads of Perry County, and spending time with his granddaughter.
