    Mary E. Polack, 53, a lifelong resident of Clinton, passed away on Sunday, July 19, at home surrounded by her family after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Clinton, attended local schools and was a graduate of the Clinton High School, Class of 1981.

    Jennie Chouinard

    Jennie M. Chouinard, 91, formerly of 36 Kilmurray St., died Friday, July 17, in the Reservoir Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, Marlboro, after an illness. Her husband, Raymond Chouinard, died in 1996.

    He is survived by his son, Carter W. Grady; his parents, Robert M. Grady of Denver, Colo., and Darcy A. LaBrack of Lancaster; two brothers, Michael Grady of San Fransisco, Calif., and Ryan Grady of Framingham; a sister, Victoria LaBrack-Maddocks of Lancaster; the mother of his son, Krystina Cucchi of Clinton; his paternal grandmother, Nancy Philips of Fanning Springs, Fla.; several aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends. Born in Worcester, and raised in Clinton, he attended Clinton High School, graduating in 2009.

    Joseph Notaro Sr.

    He was predeceased by his wife of 58 years, Lois L. Notaro, who died on April 16. He is survived by two sons, Joseph P. Notaro Jr. and David A. Notaro Sr., and his wife, Heidi, of Clinton; a daughter, Susan E. Knecht and her husband, James, of Somerville, Ala.; a brother, Vinny Notaro of Bellevue, Fla.; seven grandchildren, Stephanie, Emily, Joseph, David Jr., Dominic, Sandra and Zoe; and four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by seven brothers, Frank, Pat, Tony, Sam, Rocci, Sal and Angelo Notaro, and three sisters, Kay Pace, Helen “Chick” Thompson Legault and infant, Jennie Notaro.

    Nancy J. Gerlach, 73, formerly of Clinton, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, June 28, at UMass Medical Center, Worcester. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Willi Gerlach; their children, Karin Patenaude, and her husband, Brian, of Rutland, William F. Gerlach, of Los Angeles, Calif., and Heidi Grady, and her husband, Timothy, with whom she lived, of Sterling; her sisters, Ann Clark and Judy Scaglione, both of Gardner; her brother, Thomas Sheridan, and his wife, Deborah, of Maynard; her sister-in-law, Patricia Sheridan, of Seminole, Fla.; her grandchildren, Kyle and Brenna Patenaude, Dylan, Luke, and Kendall Grady; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, her friends and her cats.

    He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Elizabeth A. Joyce; their children, Craig M. Joyce and his wife, Cindy, of Auburn, N.H., Lee Ann Rempelakis, wife of the late Thomas Rempelakis, of Marlboro and Daniel G.     CLINTON - August O. Stucke Jr., 61, died Friday, June 19, in the Life Care Center of Leominster, following a period of declining health. He is survived by a son, August O. "Gus" Stucke IV and his wife, Delzanita, of Clinton; his mother, B. Elsie Stucke of Fitchburg; a brother, John Stucke of Pennsylvania; two sisters, Mona Wilbur of Fitchburg and Relda Golding of Pennsylvania; his former wife, Polly A. Stucke of Clinton; and two grandsons, Joshua J. Flores of Pennsylvania and Dustin V. Flores of Ayer.
