    Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Steve Bunch of Athens, two daughters and a son-in-law, Megan and Justin Vogus of Cleveland, and Holly Martin of Riceville; stepson and wife, Nathan and Vicki Bunch of Athens; stepdaughter and husband, Delilah and Shannon Duncan of Dunlap; mother, Barbara Clayton of Cohutta, Ga.; sister and brother-in-law, JoAnn and Johnny Page of Dalton, Ga.; brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Carol Clayton of Cohutta, Ga.; nine grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. The funeral was Tuesday in the Chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home in Athens with the Rev.

    Elizabeth Catherine Johansen Youngdahl

    She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Anton Johansen and Charlotte Langer Johansen of Brainard, N.Y.; and her brother, David Johansen. Arthur, his son David, and Arthur's sister, Ann Van Epps, as well as two of her children, Joanne Haight Wagenbaugh and Howard Haight, all fell victim to Myotonic Dystrophy, a degenerative hereditary disease with wide-ranging negative health implications.

    She was a native of Tracy City and was the daughter of the late Charles Mitchell Douglas and Ruth Clydene Gross. Along with her husband, she was co-founder of Safari Pet Resort, bringing a totally new concept in pet care to Middle Tennessee.
