    Charlotte Lee Fain Duncan, 70, of Sweetwater, passed away on Friday, Feb. 17, 2017 after a brief illness at Parkwest Medical Center. She was a member of Mount Vernon Baptist Church and a retiree of M&M Mars of Cleveland with 26 years of service.
