    A 14-month-old southeastern Indiana toddler has died at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and authorities say two babysitters are to blame. According to a police affidavit received by WFIE , Samantha Burris had been watching Nyla Brantley for a few days, then called her mother, Jamie, because the child "was not acting right."
