    Cook, 86, of Martinsburg, passed away peacefully at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility on Monday, Oct. 16, 2017, surrounded by his loving family after a lengthy battle of cancer. Born Feb. 21, 1931, he was a life-long resident of Martinsburg, and the son of the late Elmer and Ethel Cook.
