    The scene of an officer-involved shooting in Chanhassen, Minn., on Friday that left a Minnetonka High School student dead. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has released the names of three Carver County sheriff's deputies involved in last week's fatal shooting of a Chanhassen teenager.

    The Midwest Medical Examiner's Office classified the death of the Chanhassen teen shot by Carver County deputies as a homicide, a term the medical examiner uses to describe any death caused by the intentional actions of another person or persons. According to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, deputies were called to the 6400 block of Oriole Avenue Friday morning after a woman reported her son was suicidal and threatening her with knives and a baseball bat.
