    Born Nov. 13, 1947, in Mason City, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Charles Clement and Lillian Evelyn Davis Ewen. She is survived by her husband, John D. Clayton; a son, Michael Roy Shaw, of Martinsburg; a daughter, Julie Ann Shaw McGraw, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; three grandchildren; two brothers, Don Ewen, of Rockford, Iowa and Dennis Ewen, of Forest City, Iowa; and one sister, Lorena Ewen Siemons, of Greene, Iowa.
