    He was born September 23, 1979, in Harrisonburg, and was the son of Gary Whetzel of Harrisonburg and Sandra Kline Whetzel of Broadway. Surviving in addition to his parents is his stepmother, Tommi Whetzel of Harrisonburg; daughter, Bailey Sims of Bristow, Va.; sister, Angela Whetzel of Broadway; stepbrother, Chris Short of Florida; grandmother, Nina Whetzel of Mathias, W.Va.; nieces, Autumn and Bethany; nephews, Gavin, Easton and Gabe; and a number of aunts and uncles.

    Felimon V. Aizpuro II, 38

    Mr. Aizpuro was born on July 9, 1978, in Rockingham County, a son of Antonio Ontiveros Sr. and the late Denise Lynn Ontiveros. Phil was employed by B&S Contracting Inc. He enjoyed watching sports on television, wrestling, NASCAR, football and especially his favorite team, the Jacksonville Jaguars.

    Surviving in addition to his father are four children, Madison Blankenship, Sherri Lynn Carper, Rebecca Carper and Seth Allen Madison, all of Virginia; sisters, Tina Glover of Grottoes, Patricia Mitchell of Broadway, Helen Cole of Criders and Linda Stephens of Massachusetts; and one brother, Jesse Madison of West Virginia. The body was cremated.

    Mr. Baker was born Nov. 25, 1931, in Fulks Run and was the son of the late W. Clarence and Minnie Whetzel Baker. He retired from WLR but worked most of his life at Shenandoah Valley Meat Packers in Timberville.
