    The owner of an unlicensed home daycare where a child was found unresponsive Monday and later died was issued a "cease and desist" order this last June, according to documents obtained by the 9NEWS investigative team. The State Department of Education says it visited the home on July 18 to follow up on the cease and desist order, and during that visit, found 16 children present.

    A Baton Rouge teenager was arrested Monday and accused of murder after an infant died Sunday, allegedly while under his care. Vincent Cummings, 17, of 526 N. 24th Street, was arrested and booked into Parish Prison on charges of second-degree murder and cruelty to a juvenile.
