    Cynthia Stephens, 59, of East Liverpool, passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Trinity West in Steubenville, following a brief illness. She was born in East Liverpool on April 26, 1959 the daughter to the late Anthony and Charlotte Yanni.

    "The Wall that Heals" coming to Warren thi...

    The Warren Heritage Center and Trumbull Veterans Services are bringing "The Wall" to Warren in August, in conjunction with the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund. Officially called "The Wall that Heals," the replica and its accompanying Mobile Education Center will be open 24 hours a day starting August 16 after the 11 am opening ceremony.

    Rachel was born Feb. 24, 1939, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late John J. and Mary D. Ferraro DeMarco. She was a devout member of Our Lady of the Lakes, St. James Church, where she was a member of their Altar and Rosary Society and was a lecture and altar server.
