Chinese envoy sees foreign hand behind Tibetans protest in Kathmandu
Chinas Ambassador to Nepal, Zheng Xianglin, has claimed that Tibetans have been carrying out their protests with the backing of foreigners and some human rights groups in Kathmandu. via AndhraNews
