With the start of the 2013 NFL season only a few months away, the Pittsburgh Steelers are doing all they can to re-tool a team that finished a disappointing 8-8 last season.

I honestly don't know what the actual criteria is for a player to make it onto the list of Top 100 Players of 2013.
