Oakland Raiders' JaMarcus Russell : Anatomy Of a Quarterback

this sounds like a qb that was drafted in new england. he was the # 1 pick in the draft. he was the qb who put the pats on the nfl map. tall and had a cannon for an arm. but people questioned his head,heart, and feet. he would show signs of greatness in his 1st 3 years.but in his 4th year he lead the team to the super bowl.yes jamarcus reminds me of drew bledsoe.looking back drew was a good qb, he put up great #s and was a quite leader like j-russ. i think jamarucs could go two ways. he will be a good qb that makes the raiders a better than average team that goes deep in the playoffs but never wins the big on. or he can be the 2nd comeing of john elway but with a better team around him.

The report makes SOME points.

The one QB i think that is in the NFL currently that is most similar to J Marc would be Donovan Mcnabb.

Donovan mcnabb has a way(especially a few years ago) to make easy throws look hard and hard throws to look easy.

Donovan ended up working through it and has been very successfully in the NFL for a long time.

If J Marc ends up being 8/10 of D Mc Nab then i will be happy with it.

8/10 of Donovan is still 3,200 yards, 20 TD's and 10 INT's a season...

Not Bad.

I would like him to be McNabb-esque QB however...add an SB or 2....

Maybe they'll be like the Cowboys of the 90s; start out as a low life team and then 4 years later they're a dynasty...UGG I hate thinking about those years I could never hear the end of it from my parents and brothers. I hope they turn out like that but only better.
