Calif. Oil Spill Captain Charged With Felonies

The pilot of the container ship that spilled 53,000 gallons of oil into San Francisco Bay was charged Tuesday with two felony counts of lying to Coast Guard officials about his prescription drug use. via ClipSyndicate

Now, allow me to ask something: if you did something like this, and the police were out for blood because of it, would YOU give them ammunition?

I sure wouldn't, I would lie about my use of prescription drugs as well.
