Pupils to be forced to have sex education under age of consent

Parents are to be forced to allow their children to have sex education before the age of consent, the Government announced today.

I think the youth need to know about reproduction. Ive heard of tweens engaging in sexual acts even at school! in the bathrooms, recess and other places. Better they know in an Eductional setting.
