Then STD levels would go up. Anal sex has higher rates of STD transmission than both oral and vaginal intercourse.

Buttholes are very tight and that would lead to condom failure by tearing pretty regularly. I suspect that frequent use of that particular orfice, tearing of the colon tissue from stretching, and using latex comdoms could eventually cause colon cancer. Probably not a good idea.

I vote for BJs and masturbation as release mechanism to avoid pregnancy. But it's still natural instinct for the boy to be hunting for the real thing even with those other alternatives available. Thus, it won't likely reduce pregnancy at all!
