The lack of front brakes, a manual fuel shut-off, and handle-bar padding are the least of the problems associated with these little "DEATH-TRAP"! These should have been recalled long ago because: 1) the frames break. In some cases the complete rear swing-arm will break off. 2) Defective throttle levers that can stick WIDE OPEN. 3) Motor mount tabs that break at the welds causing a loose engine and the chain to fall off which locks up the rear wheels. 4) Leaky carburetors that can catch fire. 5) Narrow wheel spacing that makes cornering at ANY speed dangerous as the ATV rides up on 2 wheels, etc etc etc. These are SO POORLY made.
