Karr Contends Madeleine McCann is Alive

Why on earth is everybody so damn negative? The man is making a lot of sense. All that really counts is for us to understand how her abductors think and act and hopefully it will give us another perspective on things, maybe it could lead to finding Maddy. THAT is the only thing that counts. We don't have to actually feel sympathy with this guy. A little objectivity would be in place here.. Clearly all other opinions haven't lead to anything so far.

Karr has one thing wrong. Passports aren't the main form of identification in Europe - Identity Cards are. I lived in Europe for many years - still do part of the time - and identity cards are used everywhere. In Switzerland you can't even get a phone line installed in your home or purchase a mobile phone without showing your Niederlassungsbewilligung - Identity Card.
