Then call an immediate PRESS CONFERENCE with the local TV/Radio Station and try to get them to film you trying to contact ICE then if required by LAW to RELEASE the Illegal Aliens back on the street---get the PRESS to film/report his release.

If for some reason the Press refuses to do ----then film/video yourself doing the actions and some way get it out to the Public.

That way if the Illegal Alien later commits a SERIOUS crime against a USA Citizen the LOCAL Law Enforcement would be on VIDEO doing everything LEGALLY possible to prevent his release from custody.
