Woman arrested in identity fraud scheme

Federal agents arrested a Pilgrim's Pride personnel worker Thursday in connection with an alleged scheme to provide documents to illegal immigrants wanting to work for the poultry producer.

She needs to be charged on each false ID separately and pay a hefty fine for each. BUt then again it looks like if she gets the max, it will make an impact - she had better get at least the max fine...

my bets are the boss ordered her to do it...I am wondering why they always nail the fall guy and not the oneīs above them...or perhaps they are trying to get her to tell them the information...and they will give her a deal..if we get the big fish that is fine...my bet is the big fish is the CEO.

Now let's get to the truth.
From experience, not conjecture.

I have worked for companies in CA, where illegal aliens came in and took the jobs.
At one, the new raza manager brought in his "relatives" from Mexico.
We were making $45.00 an hour. In one month he had fired every single US citizen and replaced us with Mexican illegals. He was giving them fake SS#s. This was a big corporation, he did it on his own. I was last to go, I guess because I'm not "gringo".
By the time I was fired every person on the crew was a man (he never hired any women, just fired them), and not a one of them spoke a word of English.
I found out from a friend in another division of the company, that guy was paying the Mexicans (his own "family")$3.50 an hour and moving the other $41.50 per hour, per employee into his own account. By the end of the month he had disappeared with about $125,000.00, he had stolen.

We called the INS every day to report the illegals he brought in, they showed up 3 times and loaded them up and took them away. The next day two more of us were fired and a whole new batch of illegals were already there.
It's not always the CEO. They weren't even in the same state.

I got another job, in that one the Human Resources was all Mexican.
They wouldn't hire me, they wouldn't even talk to me.
I had a friend who dated the owner, she talked to him and he hired me.
The women in human resources were pissed when I went in and told them to give me the paperwork to fill out for taxes.
They were hiring only Mexicans, anytime someone lost their job, they were replaced with a Mexican. My boss was getting pissed, but it was a huge company, owned by some Japanese guy who lived in Japan.
I lasted there for 9 months. When I started there was 6 Mexicans working with me, most of them were slackers, when the boss wasn't around they did nothing, they found a place to go to sleep and we had to do our own job and theirs too. The work they did was crap (when they actually worked), and they didn't speak much English so we had to take up the slack on anything that needed a brain.
They were worthless. When I left that job all but 2 were Mexicans.
The owner, or CEO, had nothing to do with hiring illegal aliens in any of the jobs I had when I was younger.

It was the one who did he hiring. Human resources, who also handles the social security numbers; or managers who are in a position to also hire, and fire.

Here's the deal, anytime you put a raza in a position to hire and fire, management, or human resources, they will get rid of your legal crew and hire illegals. That's the way it is.
From experience.

My guess is, if she is human resources and/or handles the social security numbers, like payroll (in cahoots), then she is guilty as hell, and it's not necessarily true that the CEO knew about it. They are hardly ever around.

My advice from experience: Don't hire Mexicans to be managers, and don't put them in human resources or payroll.

Cherokee, if they did that why didnīt you file a report with the EEOC? they investigate it...and they go and try to get a job and if they are denied then the company gets in big trouble.
Hispanics hire other folks..I am one that is an equal opportunity person...if you can drive a truck, have no accidents, more than five years experience and can at least conversate in Spanish, not perfectly but conversate and you can speak english as well as having all of your documentation and pass a fed background check the person gets the job...in fact, I do the initial interview without ever seeing the person. It is done by phone so I donīt know what the color of your skin is.

Why would I need smuggled into my own country? I elected to be here and have the paid for ticket from Delta to prove it and the US passport, plus my Texas birth certificate to prove it. Once again, young idealism vs older experience and cynicism...

Trying to file reports with the EEOC is often an effort in fulitily. The burden of proof is often on us making the claims and not on the company.

I was hired to fill a "quota" when I was in my late teen/early 20's. It was an eye opener. I was well overqualified for the job but the place I was working was closing and the other facility was too far for me to get there and back to school. I found a job closer to where I was working.

The field is still mainly male oriented. A woman left so they filled with a woman. Me. I was passed over for promotions that my supervisor was putting me in for. He knew my skills and dedication. Finally he pushed the managers for why, wrong gender and too young. Another job I had after that one, I needed more hours and was not getting them and sick of working two jobs, I was a racial minority. Again, well qualified, and passed up for several promotions that went to mainly the majority race (though they had bad track records overall with showing up and less experience). Again, asked why, I was told I was white and they needed blacks in upper positions. Well most of them at that facility were. Fine, one of the companies in the building got their hands on me and it was a different world.

But try to prove to the government racial discrimination when you are caucasian or lighter skinned anything. It is all but impossible. It is far easier to get the EEOC to listen if you are not caucasian or light skinned.
