People in government positions, need to start doing thier jobs on a regular basis. Not wait til it is forced on them. Every branch of gov. is corrupt and lazy as hell. It's so bad I don't even know where we would start, to clean up the mess these assholes have made. They should all hang thier heads in shame.

And if the branches are not corrupt and lazy, they are understaffed and overworked - like the USDA. With every new law passed, the USDA has more work to do for inspections (think what the super hard core animal rights propose) and that takes time away from the ability to check processing plants for safety issues. Look at how overworked, underpaid and stressed (and giving up) social services are.

And trust me, when all these factors play in, people will take advantage of it and who will suffer?

Has anyone noticed the rise in meat issues? Can one USDA inspector truly monitor a large processing plant alone? Can two? No...

We first need to vote out all those causing issues in this election and the mid term elections. We then need to hold our government officials accountable and make them know on a daily basis that we are.

We need to speak out as loudly but in a respectable and organized manner.
