we have a legal system for legal immigration. why is the government not following the legal process? why are they not enforcing immigration laws?

Proponents for illegals' rights want to undermine and destroy the Constitution and the rights it guarantees legal U.S. citizens. If illegal aliens were afforded the same constitutional rights as legal U.S. citizens, the benefits and unequaled importance of our U.S. citizenship would no longer have any meaning and our nation would lose its sovereignty. But, I guess, that's what some are hoping will happen.

Please, feel free to pay for them and all their anchor rats, right along with any other pro-illegals who think they should be afforded rights over citizens. And yes, giving them the right to challenge having their "rights" violated is putting them above citizens, as WE have to pay for all this.

If they want a lawyer and a fair hearing, after IGNORING OUR LAWS AND SNEAKING IN HERE OR STAYING OVER THEIR VISA, then they should have to PAY FOR IT -- the lawyer and the court's time -- or they shouldn't get it. They should get a trip home and nothing more. We the taxpayer's shouldn't have to fund their desire to use our justice system for their benefit after ignoring it for their same benefit. It's ridiculous and hurts citizens.

And if McCain (who, like Obama and Bush, favors surrendering this country to the illegal aliens and their corporate masters)wins, are you saying there`ll be a peaceful solution to this issue? If you were correctly attacking McCain and/or Bush along with Obama for their stands on this issue, that`s one thing. But to single out Obama when all three conspired with none other than Ted Kennedy on that amnesty bill that was thankfully defeated, it makes me suspicious...

Illegal immigrants don't have rights. They certainly don't have the right to use our court system for jail for free. They need speedy deportation with any expenses accrued because of their actions to go with them. If their government encourages illegal immigration (Mexico). Send Mexico a bill. No more free ride from the American Tax Payer.

As a united States citizens, we have the right, nay, the responsibility to defend our homeland against foriegn invaders. If the government won't, the private citizen must. my guess is - when the shooting starts, the illegals will shoot back. and then, the federal government will have to side with the americans.

as for women and children, it may very well be that americans who are women and children may be leading the charge against the illegals. it is their future which is at stake.
