This Farm Bill will also only benefit Corporate farmers. Bush said he'll veto it, but the Senate has enough votes to override it.

Unless, you want the entire United States to look like Los Angeles County, Let your Senator know your displeasure about Senator Feinstein’s attempt to cram amnesty down the throats of the citizens of the United States.

I'm so fed up with these elected officials trying to hide amnesty in bills,I could scream. Feinstein apparently cannot hear the people, little lone her CA constituents. This is an outrage! Don't just call your senators, fax their office(s.

How many more times must we be told to trust our government, who in turns proves they are not to be trusted? I believe they're unlawful and need to be held accountable for their actions against the U.S. people. How Feinstein remains in office is a mystery.

Sheriff Joe will be on Lou Dobbs tonight!

When you email, call or fax your senators, remember to remind them that supporting this bill could very well be political suicide come the next election.

If we let them know their jobs are on the line here and enough people do this then maybe an impact will be made.

Sens Warner and Webb have heard from me.

Try growing up in Kennedy/Kerry Country...

Kennedy spoke out against illegals, when a friend of ours was trying to bring his wife over (he is a citizen), there was a backlog and no one was giving him answers. He wrote to Kennedy and Kerry, called them... Neither would help him. It took him a year and a half to get his wife here. They are educated, hardworking, whoe family is here legally, he has been here since 6, son of a widow, etc...

Now look who is supporting amnesty... Kennedy...

Thats easy to see why mom, one person will not even get him a back page story and MIGHT get him 3 or 4 votes. Now lets see, he's out singing in spanish and pushing hard for 15 million. That WILL make some news, and according to most polls, those illegals turned LEGAL will tend to vote democratic by a 5 to 1 margin, 80%. But i would still like to know about Chappaquiddick

NEXT WEDNESDAY PEOPLE, I WILL START CALLING AGAIN MONDAY

Because the House of Representatives unexpectedly delayed the Iraq supplemental spending bill late Thursday, the full Senate won’t be allowed today to vote on the amnesty bill that the Senate Appropriations Committee unexpectedly took up and approved Thursday.

It now looks like the full Senate won’t be allowed to vote on the amnesty for around 1.3 million illegal alien ag workers (plus their families) until next Wednesday.

Yes, please explain this thought process to the thousands out of jobs in Michigan or the thousands whose jobs are at risk due to closures or people leaving. I have a relative by marriage in MI who works in a hospital. The hospital is downsizing because so many people are moving out of the area due to loss of jobs. Therefore, trickledown - laying off medical staff, support staff, etc. My relatives are looking at moving as well.

So why are we bringing in people to work?

I NEVER saw nor heard Mr. Drama King Kennedy speak AGAINST illegal aliens - he did quite the opposite during the hearings televised on C-Span of our Congress in action about the immigration and amnesty......my e-mail to him stated, ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country.....immigration amnesty is another reason why he and the Kennedy girls endorse oBOMBa.

Comment:

Hart-Celler Act hearings 1965 Quote: Senate immigration subcommittee chairman Edward Kennedy (D-MA.) reassured his colleagues and the nation with the following:

"First, our cities will not be flooded with a million immigrants annually. Under the proposed bill, the present level of immigration remains substantially the same ... Secondly, the ethnic mix of this country will not be upset ... Contrary to the charges in some quarters,[the bill] will not inundate America with immigrants from any one country or area, or the most populated and deprived nations of Africa and Asia ... In the final analysis, the ethnic pattern of immigration under the proposed measure is not expected to change as sharply as the critics seem to think."

Sen. Kennedy concluded by saying,

"The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants. It will not upset the ethnic mix of our society. It will not relax the standards of admission. It will not cause American workers to lose their jobs." (U.S. Senate, Subcommittee on Immigration and Naturalization of the Committee on the Judiciary, Washington, D.C., Feb. 10, 1965. pp. 1-3.)

And!

"This amnesty will give citizenship to only 1.1 to 1.3 million illegal aliens. We will secure the borders henceforth. We will never again bring forward another amnesty bill like this."

-- Massachusetts Senator Ted Kennedy on the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986
