Rice praises 'good spirits' in six-party nuclear talks

SINGAPORE: US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice pressed her North Korean counterpart to move rapidly on new nuclear disarmament steps yesterday but hailed the "good spirit" at unprecedented six-party talks.
