Our quest has absolutely nothing to do with religious ceremonies.

Gay people have been marrying in gay and gay/friendly churches for decades. We don't need any more churches to perform gay wedding ceremonies; we have plenty already.

Its *courthouses* that sell marriage licenses. Churches have nothing to do with that.

Its *courthouse marriage* we are trying to get legalized; as done by Judges and Justices of the Peace. Courthouse marriage has absolutely nothing to do with churches in any way, shape, or form.

Sorry, I refuse to sit in the back of the bus or drink from the Gays Only fountain. In the majority of the states that have banned same-sex marriage that language also bans anything similar which includes Civil Unions, where there are Civil Unions offered they only apply locally and the rights that accompany those recognitions vary wildly from place to place. That is both unacceptable and unconscionable.

and so it goes.
Gays and lesbians need to live in the real world and work toward civil union.
Once that is established the courts can take it from there.

And there's not nearly so much drama in incremental positive steps to what you *claim* to want.

The fact remains in a majority of the places that ban gay marriages, civil unions are also banned. Those precise same groups that fight so vehemently against same-sex marriage also fight against ANY form of recognition and THAT is the "real world". There's no legitimate reason to settle for a bus pass when applying for a drivers license and there's no reason to accept "civil unions" when fighting for Marriage recognition.

In your place, I can understand your reaction and desire to avoid being exposed for what you are.

And look at the added drama!

That's why you spend so much energy declaraing how much you don't care... after you make a silly declaration that you were called on for its drama and stupidity.

You'll understand if I don't believe you... again. And if you don't understand that, maybe you'll understand that I don't buy your silly drama BS.

I invite you to now post something else stupid that shows you to be a self-righteous fraud. Please. Feel free. After all, whatever I write to expose you as a fraud is of no concern to you. None at all.

Manhattan Declaration would not oppose extending legal protections to two people in a nonsexual relationship, such as two sisters or even a same-sex couple that abstained from sex, said Robert George, a Princeton law professor who serves as board chairman of the National Organization for Marriage.

Who is this moron kidding...they called this war; Mary "I look like a drag queen" Gallagher, and this poor excuse for a professor....sorry I don't take scraps from the table.
If we don't start hitting back and hitting back HARD (no pun intended) we will lose this fight and it will cost us dearly.

And yet you are desperate to try to beat me. How typical.

Fact is, I brought out a legitimate point. That, of course, offends your sense of drama so you dishonestly call it trolling. Deal with it.

Insanity has been described as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Do the math. Nobody has given in to your repeated tantrums, and I still expose you as a fraud despite your dishonestly and repeatedly calling me names.

So, just how insane are you? Or how stupid?

So you have extportion and an empty threat of violence which will never happen. I mean, really. Can you see a bunch of fruits trying to fomet violence with cops or straights on any significant scale? Are you serious? No. Sorry. Not an option at all... although there is the risk of some people dying laughing.
