Hey Will... you really need professional help dude... posting the same thing and chainging the first paragraph without gaining anything could be called a mania. You're waisting you time, your energy and money in something that won't give you anything. Yet you still do it. You even lack of an identity and that can denote how severe your problem could be.

Hate Crime - what is it

What is a hate crime. If I hold a knife to someones neck and steal their wallet is that a hate crime? Now what if that person was gay and I didn't know that or care, just wanted the wallet, is that still a hate crime? Hate crimes are silly because isn't any crime a hate crime? I don't steal, kill, slander someone who I like. Police will consider something a hate crime if someone is gay. But whether the criminal knew that or not doesn't matter, the minute it happens to a minority it is considered hate crime for whatever crime. Just doesn't make sense. Every individual is protected from the law. Whether straight, gay, christian, atheist, man or women you have the right to live, the right to walk the streets without harm. So whether you are gay or not, shouldn't matter. Someone commits a crime, than they should be punished.

People aren't protected FROM the law, they are protected BY the law.
