Those men have never been found guilty of a single thing many were simply arrested in round ups.

They have been illegaly improsined .Kidnapped for years. The UN needs to sue us on their behalf. Though they wont as they are our puppet.

Its funny how the same right wing bunch who support this are the same who scream about so called FEMA camps that Glenn Beck screams about..

The same Miami Cubans who support this are the first one's screaming about how Castro improsines people without a trial.

However for hypocrite fascists its okay if we do it as thats the typical Rep mentality.

If Americans are ever arrested/kidnapped and held for yrs as so called enemy combatants in any foreign country .
With no trial no evidence presented.
What will we than say?.

I see . You do realize these men have never been given a trial nor found guilty of a single thing.

God help Cuba when cubans like yourself who impose fascism return.

Funny thing is if Castro did same you scream what a monster he is. Many of you fascist Miami Cubans are a danger to democracy.

This ought to be very interesting if they are brought into Federal courts in the several states for trial.

They are most likely indigent & suffer from inpecuniosity. Who pays for their defense?

Will they get to use appeals processes until the lawyers & judges are satisfied monetarily with their newfound government tit?

Will there be a cap on the amount of $$ expended for trials?

What about the bonding out issues?

Guantanamo Bay prison.=
USA's culture.
A super country like USA which has enough judcial luminaries and laws and which is the first country with high prison population and which project human rights and decent ethics around the globe had opened a torture cell and put the captured persons without any basic legal support.

Obama a nice law professor should make amend this despicable mistake and project USA is a civilized law abiding country.

Most of my views were nicely expressed just above.

Dont fool yourself America is still very much a fascist country and Pres Obama talks a gfood talk but has not made much of a real tangible diffeence again other than speeches.

Don't get me wrong I prefer him over the INSANE extremist Rep party but unless I see REAL changes I will not vote for him again and I want innocent hostages freed from Guantanamo bay .

It is close to 8 years that some have been held in cages with no trial no evidence against them . We are not the great country we once were .

will OBAMA allow the ICJ to book the real culprits?
No.
I am a dreamer but I am not MLK to say that " I have adream"
Like most of the citizens I wish to realize the AMERICAN DREAMS( not the dreams of Americans)

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Leo

Perhaps it's the fact that it's Christmas Eve and everyone is busy, but you can't help feeling that you're walking on eggshells around certain people. Their emotions are very close to the surface and could erupt at a moment's notice, perhaps in a storm of tears or a fit of pique. Calm them down and ask if you can do anything to help.
