Wal-Mart Must Allow First Union Contract at Auto-Body Shop, Quebec Rules
Wal-Mart Stores Inc. , the world's largest retailer, will have to accept a contract for unionized workers at one of its North American locations for the first time after a Quebec arbitrator's ruling.
