Confusion reigns over sex offender law

Another revision of the Nevada attorney general's position on a new sex offender law has left critics confused - and glad that a federal judge has blocked enforcement of the law pending further review.

all this hassle with sex offenders could be so easily fixed if on conviction the first time, a .22 calibre pistol was pointed at their temple and a round loosed into the skull cavity. the carcass dumped in land fill and all reference to their existance removed
end of problem.
I would actually prefer that sex offenders would be chained by the ankles and dragged behind a truck over a track till they died, but the aclu ould think thaty cruel and unusual punishment.
