Panel finds Palin abused authority in firing

Sarah Palin unlawfully abused her power as governor by trying to have her former brother-in-law fired as a state trooper, the chief investigator of an Alaska legislative panel concluded Friday. The politically charged inquiry imperiled her reputation as a reformer on John McCain's Republican ticket.

Come on NY times....put the names of the people on the committee...along with whether they are rep or dem. Honest reporting, for once, would be a lovely change.

No surprise there, considering how hard she fought to keep the investigation from proceeding. It wasn't even close with a 12-0 vote. It is going to be interesting to see how the McCain camp tries to spin this.

Put some more lipstick on this pig skewer it so Joe 6 pack, I and all the hockey moms can have a BBQ on main street USA.

“My Friends” as McCain likes to say ---- this party is OVER thanks to Wall Street idiocy of greed and corporate malfeasance. McCain is a demented, incognizant, incontinent old FART that DEPENDS on way to many meds to control his PTSD.

Not only that Palin will not be the next VP, she may not remain as governor of Alaska because she may be impeached. The report shows that even republicans in Alaska dont like her

Those who seek the truth do their own due diligence. If you are trying to claim that the outcome was manipulated by Democrats, think again because the panel consisted of 3 Republicans and 2 Democrats.

Furthermore, if you believe Todd Palin that his wife was not involved when Todd and Palin's staff were pressuring Monegan, then at the 'very least', Todd Palin should be prosecuted for misuse of government resources.

As for Sarah having no knowledge of her husband and her office's involvement in troopergate, this is difficult to believe. If you believe it, then you should be saying to yourself that she is not fit to run the country, much less the state of Alaska, when she can't even control her own office and administration.

It would be interesting to see the emails in her yahoo! account that she used to communicate with her staff. So much for transparancy, using personal accounts that aren't audited to carry out your hidden adgenda and corruption.

So much for her arguing Obama has not been honest about his personal life.

So much for the "Mavericky Outsider". "Icky" is more like it.

And so much for the McCain campaign attacking Obama as a Chicago Democrat.

McCain needs to fire whoever vetted Sarah Palin and she needs to quietly resign from the ticket. Sarah Palin is a drag on the ticket. The thought of her being a heartbeat away from the presidency is scary.
