Getting motivated to play Miami will be easy for UCF
UCF and Miami have never squared off before, but Knights Coach George O'Leary expects plenty of fireworks when the teams clash at Dolphin Stadium Saturday.

I'm sure the Florida International players were psyched for their game against Miami also. Maybe UCF should stick to playing FAU and FIU. Miami may not be in their prime, but should still have no problem drilling UCF. Instead of 68-0 like it would have been in Miami's heydey, it will probably be more like 42-10.

I grew up a Miami fan and I went to UCF so this one is a tough one for me. I have a feeling Miami will pull out a 14 point win over UCF just on Talent alone. They both are 2 teams with potentially bright futures but talent usually wins out. Although, I would be happy of UCF can pull out the upset. Go Knights!..or Go Canes!.. How about just a great game!?:-)

IF UCF still had Kevin Smith then this might be a game, but I think Miami pulls this one off even though they clearly are not the Miami of old. It will be closer than Miami fans would like though, I'm thinking 35-24. And George Selvie is the best college player in the state, period. Not sure if the rest of USF could hang with FU, FSU or UM, but he alone would keep them in the game. Too bad FU will never agree to play them so they can't/won't be embarassed. |

People we will not beat any BCS teams until we get out of CUSA. They only way that we will ever recruit a team like Miami, FSU or who ever it to get that BCS tag and get into a BCS conference. I hope our AD is working this from all angles because if we miss this in the next few years then it will pretty much be over for UCF's football team for about 10 more years.

Being a UCF fan, you don't have any experience with polls - which would explain your bitterness. Just wanted to point out the UCF was ranked one of the worst D1 programs in the nation. |

Hey, I'm a UCF Grad but reality has to set in here.UCF is lacking in all areas.
The offense is stagnate without a leader at QB and running the ball between the tackles will prove ineffective against the Canes defense. The defense is giving up way too many points and the DB's can't keep up with the Miami receivers. I will hope for a miracle for my Knights on Saturday, but at the end of the day, I'm not going around talking smack. We're just not that good. |

I've never heard of any talk from USF wanting to play UF. Besides, they got theirs in the form of a loss recently. So much for the talk about being ranked higher than the Gators.
I pretty much despise all the other Florida teams, but in this instance, I despise scUM more than UCF, so I'll be a Knights fan for the day. By the way, you should get that dyslexia checked out. People might think you're retarded.

On paper, I would have to say that this game is pretty much even. Miami might have a slight edge when it comes to home field advantage and the 20,000 fans that will show up to the rented stadium they play in. I think Mike Greco will have a break-out game and I see UCF winning by 3 points....Go Knights!!!
