I'm pretty sure I saw him on the practice field today when I was leaving. Unless someone else is taking on #15. So he must be pretty good to go.

I hope he truly is recovered. The problem with concussions is that players are most susceptible to reinjury in the time frame shortly after the incident. There are neurologists who recommend at least a month off for recovery. UF doctors appear to be following the "7 days without symptoms" guideline that involves advanced neurological testing. So in theory, he should be ok, but medical specialists have a difference on opinion. Shane Matthews, the ex-Gator player who had problems with concussions, made a good point about the time needed. He probably should sit out for the LSU game. There are several reasons. SEC football is very aggressive. The opposing players will know that Tebow is most vulnerable to reinjury in this game. Even if the play is over or has gone to another part of the field away from Tebow, I can envision defenders doing a late hit on his helmet. Football teams have some athletes with poor sportsmanship and blatant moral problems. I am not saying the entire team is like that, but you know what I mean. At some point, an opposing player will try to reinjure Tebow as cruel and unfair as it is. Brantley should start. LSU is not that good. They really should have lost to Mississippi State and Georgia. Auburn and Alabam appear to be far better than LSU. Washington played LSU and thought that Stanford was better. Brantley can beat LSU. I wish Tebow the best. I went to both FSU and Notre Dame. I think Bowden is being forced into retirement up here. Weis' arteries are getting narrower by the day.

I keep hearing and reading that LSU isn't a good team and that Florida isn't going to have a problem....I think you are crazy. LSU is a very good team...good enuff that they are ranked #4 and they shut out Georgia the entire 1st half. But even if LSU was not a good team like you seem to think...when LSU and Flordia and LSU play each other its always going to be a good game and when they play each other and is #1 vs #4 you can be damn sure its going to be hell. I think your badly mistaken if u think that Florida is going to come into Death Valley and just kick LSU's Ass. On another Note....I hope to see Tebow get better. I think playing him against LSU is a bad call...his future is on the line and he is an awsome player. But to think that someone would want to hurt him on purpose is a bit extreme....no athelete at this caliber is going to be trying to ruin someone for their lifetime. But Good Luck Florida fans...we will see what happens come Saturday.

I honestly think UF can beat LSU without him. LSU has been playing like crap imo.

I agree with you with all your thoughts, it's so true. As you said: There are people out there that will do the unthinkable. Have a great week and hope things will work out for the best this week-end.
