Robin Lopez, Stanford, 7-0: Brook's brother draws Anderson Varejao comparisons. 4. Roy Hibbert, Georgetown, 7-2: Upside has been reached; could excel in the halfcourt. 5. The Minnesota Timberwolves wanted to get to know Danilo Gallinari a little better as they consider him for the No. 3 pick in next week's NBA draft, so they took him, his father and agent Arn Tellem on to lunch on Friday.
The cuisine?
"We ate some Italian food," GM Jim Stack said in a conference call from Los Angeles. "Real shocker, I know."
Gallinari is one of the more intriguing prospects in the draft for the Wolves, who figure to have their pick of the litter after Chicago and Miami choose Derrick Rose and Michael Beasley in some combination with the first two picks.
