UHart Women Will Play Tougher Schedule

“I said that to the team after the UConn game, that this is the type of game you need to learn to compete in to beat a team to go to the Sweet 16”

- Asked if any of Hartford's opponents played defense like Texas A&M had Monday night, point guard Lisa Etienne laughed.

The Hawks lost that game 70-24 in December. They fared a little better Monday in a second-round NCAA Tournament game against second-seeded A&M, but were still never in it, losing 63-39 to the Aggies at the Maravich Assembly Center.
