Buckeyes favored in Big Ten football

"Favored" is fine, until the first kick-off. Remember highly favored Michigan last year? "Highly favored" set them up for Appal. State, et al. It took them until the last game of their season, against Florida, to get that crap out of their heads.
OSU's got their work cut out for them. Each team OSU faces is bringing their best effort, most intense review of the films, and creative surprises. And in each game, somebody on OSU's defense or offense has got to step up and get it done. "Highly favored" clouds the mind and weakens the knees. Pray for the team, that they don't fall victim to last years' successes or failures.

It's going be tough. We're the most hated team in college football. Everyone will bring their A game. Plus, if we don't put teams away early the socalled experts will say something negative about the Bucks. But that's life at the top of the College Football Mountain. Go Bucks!

not everybody is a hater Buckeye !! I may mess with you guys when you lose a game but I respect OSU big time IMO you dudes have great coaching great players great fans, and a passion like nobody has ! plus I have a couple of good friends on Topix OSUMOM & MATT we nag each other but its just in fun !!! You got it kid. Life is far to short to take this kind of stuff serious. More important things to wory about in life. At the end of the day football is not what puts food on the table, gas in your tank or keeps you warm at night. Well, unless you are an obscenley over paid pro ball player. Now THAT pisses me off. you're right mom enjoy each day its a gift have fun I like my friends on here !! I find myself pulling for their team sometimes I don't hate any teams

Being that OSU played poorly in the last 2 NC games is enough to get them focused.
If Tressel doesn't keep them focused, then he will only be around b/c he beats michigan, and wins Big 10 championships.
But here's the dilemma, we know OSU will take the 10 hands down year in and year out in the near future.(b/c Rod has already put meatchicken down another notch RE:Mallet leaving) So the Big 10 isn't enough for Buck fans anymore. They want NC's. As should the team and coaches.
