Once you're found innocent (but probably not very wise), you should be allowed to play - right?

A man is judged by the company he keeps and the decisions he makes.
He knew what was going on and failed to report it which was very "unwise".
From everything I've read in the Massillon newspaper he wasn't a "TEAM" player anyway and "refused" many coaches request to help out on defense when needed.(this is a small male enrollment school and a lot of players have to play both ways).
Time to pay the piper.
